Flor Galiana
Galiana Street is one of the most emblematic of “La Villa del Adelantado”, Avilés. For this reason we did not want to give the cold shoulder to this reality and wanted to pay a special homage to this street or, there is not a reason for not saying it, special cult developing this project. The homage is also a conceptualization of a place destined to be a restaurant featuring hard cider being not only the pretext for developing its design and nomenclature. Flor Galiana represents the resurgence of this street from Avilés every day of the year, not only in carnival.
This is a place with a strong aesthetic value and a luxurious appearance which is also calm and practical. Gold and other materials represent a strong symbolic value in relation to the most important products and the establishment’s location. This restaurant featuring hard cider has a dynamic distribution which is both comfortable for customers and workers. It is a place where technology and the care for the details prevail on both parts’ experiences.
